Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Our company cooperates with An Post and DPD delivery service, we aim to provide the fastest possible delivery of your items direct to your door.

We offer a flat rate delivery charge of  € 4.50 in Ireland

 

Free delivery on orders over € 50.00  (Ireland only)

 

Delivery charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change special offers on postage and packaging at any time. Delivery will generally be 2 to 3 business days from date of dispatch. Packaging costs are included as part of the Postage and Packaging charge.
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified in your order. Re-dispatch of any returned orders may incur an additional delivery charge.

If your order does not arrive within the timescales above please note the following:

    * If the parcel could not fit in the receiver letter box or there is no one available to accept the Parcel at the delivery address completed on your order, Postage company will leave a card and will keep the parcel in the local sorting office for up to 5 days, so you should check there first before contacting us.
    * If the goods are not collected from the Local Sorting office within the specified time, the goods will be returned to our dispatch center, and we will contact the customer to re-arrange delivery and the customer will be responsible for paying the postage charge.

Returns Policy

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directives, you are entitled to return ordered goods within 7 days of receipt. The returned goods must be unopened and unused and in the same condition as when dispatched by us. To return goods please contact us and provide details of the return. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We will refund the value of the goods to the original account charged. Once the returned goods have been received in a satisfactory condition we shall refund the original account charged within 14 days. Customers are liable for the costs involved in returning unwanted goods to us.
If the goods you receive are damaged please contact us immediately. You can return the damaged products for a replacement or a full refund.
Please carefully examine the goods delivered in accordance with your order.
If we have sent you an incorrect item please do not open this as we need to receive it back in the same condition as it was sent. Please contact us within two working days of receiving your delivery in order for us to investigate the error. Please provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name, order number and contact details.
Item may be returned by post. Always include the returns slip from the bottom of your Invoice/Receipt when returning goods.
